How do I make a return?

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them within 30 days from ship date, provided:

  • The items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The items have the original tags attached

Every order is shipped with a return label. Please use this label when returning the item. A return label fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the value of your return.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer exchanges to the US and Canada. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or defective product?

Please use the provided return label and mark this reason for return. We will happily credit or replace the item(s).

When will my credit card be charged (or credited)?

When you place your order online, your credit card will be charged.

When an item is returned, it can take up to 4 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, it can be canceled. Please contact customer service at kalaniforalyce@alyceparis.com to do so.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship exclusively within the 50 states.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged $9.95 to ship throughout the United States.
